card number) to any third party.
All personal information collected during the shopping experience is used
to fulfill your order, advise you on the status of your order and/or improve
your shopping experience.

Returns/Exchanges
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee or money-back policy if your item is
returned within 21 days from original shipping date. It can be returned for a
complete refund to the credit card it was purchased on, less the shipping
costs – or can certainly be exchanged. We will also gladly issue a store
credit for returns made up to 30 days. Shipping charges will apply to
exchanges (unless, of course, we are at fault). Please note that returned
items purchased with a free shipping offer or promotion will have the
standard cost of shipping subtracted from the refund.
Merchandise must be unused and in the original packaging with all tags in
place. Please include a copy of the invoice sent to you at the time of
purchase with a brief note including your name, address, email address,
reason for return and a request for either a refund or exchange. Any items
returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's
expense.
Please contact us if you’d like to make a return, and we’ll provide you with
a return number and address for shipment.
Shipping
We offer FREE SHIPPING via USPS on all domestic retail orders. We
make every effort to ship orders as quickly as they are placed. Please allow
7 business days to receive your order.
If you require rush delivery or international rates, please contact us.
Additional charges will apply depending on delivery location.
Gifts
All Giant Giraffe products come gift-ready. If you'd like to ship this item
as a gift, just let us know. We will not include the receipt with the order,
rather we will email it directly to you. Also we will include a gift card with
your message at no additional charge.

When you subscribe to our mailing list, you will only receive email from
Giant Giraffe regarding new products, promotions or sales. We do not
share our mailing list with anyone.
